Fresh year and a fresh start. As we step into 2019, I am more aware of the time involved with adding a growing blog into my schedule. So this encouraged me to be slightly more cautious about the amount of goals I wish to set to keep a healthy balance between stretching myself and feeling overwhelmed. Create Calm and Cut Chaos in Your Life
While I appreciate to do lists and tend to have one lying around somewhere at all times, being very detailed is something I have resisted. I like to leave a little space for spontaneity. Even the words “stricter schedule” makes me want to rip up my to do list and go gallivanting outside! However, my spontaneity often leads to taking care of the phone calls or texts and forgetting my main goals. Anyone relating?
